Just a few things to be aware of as we are in the homestretch for the Dayton Book Fair November8-10.
We are open at the Book Loft 2181 Embury Park, Dayton OH Tuesday through Saturday, 10a.m. to 4 p.m. We will be closed for setting up the Book Fair November 5 through the 15th. Please don’t leave us any donations at this time as they are likely to be ruined. Rabbit Hole Books will remain open during the Book Fair.
If you want donations to be used for this year’s beneficiaries, we must have them in house by no later than October 5.
We are pleased to pick up large donations (or if it’s just beyond your ability to transport) but please note we are all booked up with pickups until December.
Wristbands for Friday admission will go on sale on this site at noon on Tuesday, October 8. They are $12 mailed, or $10 at the door. If you have a literacy based non-profit or run a Little Free Library, and would like to take free books on Sunday, please sign up at the Special Sale on Sunday page when available.
The Book Fair is a 501c3 organization and our beneficiaries this year are The Bach Society of Dayton, Beaver Creek Wetlands and Have a Gay Day. We can use a few more volunteers. If you’re interested, call the office at (937) 999-4491 and ask for Allison or write us at Daytonbookfair@gmail.com.
