We are excited to announce our new dates for the Dayton Book Fair, and we hope to make this change a permanent one.
We were asked why the change now after half a century at the second weekend in November?
Because we grew. And we wanted to expand from just one building at the Fairgrounds to a second, and that second building is not available during our original weekend. All the books now will be on tabletops, you won’t have to crawl underneath to look in boxes, aisles will be wider, and while it will be a bit overwhelming, it will be a more organized chaos.
Wear a costume on October 31 and will give you a ten percent discount on your purchases, plus there will be other prizes and treats. (No tricks!) Of course Sunday is still bag day and this year we have the Dia de los Muertos edition of the Rabbit Hole Romp 5k.
Wristbands for Friday entry will be available
